Everything you need to know about our bin cleaning service.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve the IG1, IG2, IG3, IG4, IG5, and IG6 postcode areas (London Borough of Redbridge and surrounding areas). If you are unsure whether we cover your street, please give us a call.
When do you clean my bins?
We clean your bins the day after your council refuse collection, once your bins have been emptied. Cleaning runs Tuesday to Saturday. We will confirm your scheduled day when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No — you do not need to be in. Just leave your bins out after the council has collected them and we will clean them and return them to your property.
What if my bins are not empty when you arrive?
We can only clean empty bins. If your bin has not been collected by the time we visit, we will attempt to return the following day. If the bin is still not available, the clean may be forfeited without a refund.
Which bins do you clean?
We clean standard wheelie bins — black (general waste), green/brown (garden/food waste), and blue/grey (recycling). Please specify how many bins you have when booking.
How do you clean the bins?
We use high-pressure hot water to thoroughly clean the inside and outside of your bin, removing grime, bacteria, and odours. Waste water is captured and disposed of responsibly — we do not wash it into the street drain.
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on the number of bins and service type. You can see all pricing on our website and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
How does the monthly subscription work?
With a monthly subscription your bins are cleaned approximately every 4 weeks. Payment is taken automatically each month on the same date. A minimum commitment of 3 months applies, after which you can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. After the initial 3-month minimum period you can cancel at any time by calling or messaging us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
Can I cancel a one-off booking?
Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean you will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to re-clean your bin free of charge (one re-clean per booking).
Will I receive a reminder before my clean?
Yes — we send you an email reminder the day before each scheduled clean so you know to leave your bins out.
What happens if you cannot make my scheduled date?
If we are unable to attend due to staffing, weather, or other circumstances we will reschedule to the next available day and notify you by email.
