  • Google Maps: used to geocode addresses for route planning purposes.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to keep your data secure and use it only for the purposes we specify.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Customer and booking records are retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
  • If you cancel your service and have no outstanding obligations, you may request deletion of your personal data. We will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
