1. About Us

Bin Bros (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional wheelie bin cleaning services across the IG1–IG6 postcode areas of the London Borough of Redbridge and surrounding areas. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We offer two types of service:

  • One-off clean: A single bin cleaning visit on a scheduled date.
  • Monthly subscription: Recurring bin cleaning approximately every 4 weeks, billed monthly. A minimum commitment of 3 months applies.

We clean wheelie bins after your council refuse collection, on the day your bins are empty. Cleaning days are Tuesday to Saturday.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made online and paid in advance via our secure payment provider (Stripe).
  • Payment is taken at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the same date.
  • Prices are displayed on our website and confirmed at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Your first clean is scheduled based on your selected council collection day and our availability.
  • You will receive a reminder email the day before each scheduled clean.
  • If we are unable to complete your clean on the scheduled date (due to staffing, weather, or other circumstances), we will reschedule to the next available day and notify you by email.
  • If your bins are not accessible or are not empty at the time of our visit, we may be unable to complete the clean. We will attempt to return the following day. If the bin is still not available, the clean may be forfeited without a refund.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your bins are left out and accessible after your council collection.
  • Bins must be empty of all waste. We are unable to clean bins that still contain rubbish, bags, or liquids.
  • Please ensure safe access to your bins. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from inaccessible or obstructed areas.
  • Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you regarding your service.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • One-off bookings: You may cancel and receive a full refund if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum 3-month period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Service Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with a clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean your bin free of charge. This guarantee applies to one re-clean per booking.

8. Liability

  • We carry public liability insurance for our operations.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to bins or property.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including severe weather, illness, or local authority disruption).

9. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to this processing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
